Turkey-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. fresh broccoli (if frozen, no need to add water)
12 oz. raw turkey (if cooked, cut down time with broccoli)
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of onion or celery soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. herb croutons or stuffing
paprika
Preparation

Cut turkey into 1-inch pieces.
Combine with broccoli and water.
Cover; microwave on High 9 to 11 minutes.
Combine other ingredients; add to turkey.
Microwave for 7 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
(I use cooked turkey or chicken and use cooked fresh broccoli, then just combine everything and microwave for 10 minutes.)
