Cheesecake(Individual Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 vanilla wafers
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    muffin cup liners
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly with electric mixer. Line muffin pan with bake cups. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each cup. Spoon
    mixture
    into cups. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes. Cool and top with favorite cheese cake topping. Can be frozen - thaws quickly. If freezing, do not add topping until ready to serve. Great for showers, receptions, and parties.
