Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sake or sherry
    sesame oil
    1 tsp. ginger juice
    shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Marinate chicken 2 hours with soy sauce, sugar, sake and ginger juice.
    Fry in oil until moisture is gone.
    Lay on top of shredded cabbage.
