Cheese And Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
dash of salt
dash of pepper
dash of red pepper
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small jar strawberry preserves for center of ring

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and form into a ring.
Put strawberry preserves in a dish on the middle.
Serve with crackers.
