Beef Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced roast, uncooked
    1/4 c. bacon grease
    1 to 2 onions, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can real beef broth
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    pinch of brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown beef in pork drippings.
    Add onions and chopped garlic and cook until transparent.
    Sprinkle in flour and stir.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook gently 1 1/2 to 2 hours (or longer in crock-pot).
