Big Al'S Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium to large potatoes, sliced
    10 slices bacon
    1 large onion, diced
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded cheese (your choice)
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp; set to side.
    Save bacon grease.
    Cover potatoes with water.
    Add bacon grease and onion.
    Cook until firm but tender.
    Dice bacon.
    Mix cheese, milk, sour cream and bacon. Drain potatoes.
    Layer in casserole dish.
    Pour mixture over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
