Avocado Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken stock (free of any fat)
3 c. avocados, diced
1/4 c. lime juice or lemon
salt and pepper
minced chives or parsley
Preparation

Place chicken stock, avocados and lime juice in a blender or food processor.
Whirl until smooth.
(This is easiest done in two batches.)
Add salt and pepper to taste and chill, covered, in the refrigerator for an hour or more.
Serve in chilled soup plates garnished with chives or parsley.
Serves 6.
