Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 heaping Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Stir over low heat until thick.
    Flavor with nutmeg or lemon and pour into baked pie crust.
    Beat egg white (1), add one tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract and fold in.
    Pour mixture over pie and brown.
