Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. fat
    2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    3 c. white flour
    3 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add brown sugar, salt and fat.
    Let cool, then add yeast.
    Add white flour and wheat flour.
    Stir and then knead the last of the flour into the dough.
    Put into a greased or oiled pan or crockery (turn over to oil the top of the dough).
    Cover with Saran Wrap or damp cloth.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Punch down and let rise again.
    Shape into 2 large loaves or 4 small loaves.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
