Scallop Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
5 c. sliced potatoes
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add milk, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens.
Add potatoes; let boil, stirring constantly.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
If desired, add parsley flakes and onion flakes.
Crumble 1 slice of cheese and sprinkle on top.
