Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation

Boil raisins in sugar water (about 2 cups of water) until raisins swell up and get soft, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Drain well.
Mix vanilla pudding as directed.
Bake pie shell and let cool.
After shell and raisins are cool, mix raisins and vanilla pudding together.
Pour in pie shell.
Can top with meringue.
