Olive Nut Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. green olives, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. liquid (cream or olive liquid)
dash of pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Cream the cream cheese until fluffy with liquid and mayonnaise.
Add nuts and olives.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour for flavors to meld.
Use as sandwich filling or topping for snack crackers.
