Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add pecans and stir until all are coated.
    Put on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    If some of mixture is not used, add more pecans to it and coat them.
    Place about 2-inches apart on pan.
