Microwave Pork Vegetable Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) pork roast
garlic salt
pepper
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in eighths
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid
Preparation

Place roast in 4-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook, covered, on cook level 3 or on Defrost level or Low cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until thoroughly cooked.
Temperature of 170\u00b0 should be reached. Turn roast over halfway through cooking time.
This recipe is for a 650 watt microwave.
Level 3 is 195 watts, with pork because it is thoroughly cooked.
