Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 head cauliflower
    1 purple onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. sugar
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Wash lettuce and cauliflower; dry well.
    Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
    Break cauliflower into small pieces.
    Place on top of lettuce.
    Slice onion and separate into rings; layer on top of cauliflower.
    Ring pepper and layer on top of onion. Sprinkle on bacon and shredded cheese, then sprinkle on sugar. Use enough mayonnaise to completely cover the top of the salad. Cover bowl and leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Just before serving, stir and mix well.
