Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine mixture, then refrigerate 5 minutes.
    Roll out.
    Makes 2 double 9-inch crusts.
