Ham And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    3 c. milk (more if needed)
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 medium green pepper, minced
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can sliced mushrooms, broiled in butter
    2 c. cooked ham, ground or finely chopped
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
Preparation
    In a double boiler, melt the butter or margarine.
    Add the flour and the seasoning and blend.
    Add the milk and the minced onion and green pepper. These will cook as the sauce does.
    Add the mushrooms and the dry mustard.
