Bruchetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Italian bread
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    2 cans large black olives, chopped
    4 Tbsp. olive oil (extra virgin)
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix chopped tomatoes, chopped olives, garlic, salt and pepper and mix in olive oil. (Hint: The greener the olive oil, the better the quality.) Cut bread into slices and lay slices on baking sheet. Spread butter on slices. Spoon on tomato olive mixture on top of slices. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Place in oven at low temperature to warm. Serve warm.
