Dill Dip In Round Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. dry minced onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. dry dill weed
    1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 (1 lb.) loaves unsliced rye bread
Preparation
    Combine yogurt and cottage cheese in blender or food processor.
    Blend until smooth.
    Stir in seasonings and refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
    Hollow out the center of one loaf (about the size of a 2 cup measure) and use it as your serving container.
    Cut the removed section of bread and the second loaf into cubes to use as dippers.
