Potato Skins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
grated American cheese
bacon bits
softened margarine
Preparation

Bake potatoes 1 1/2 hours in a 425\u00b0 oven.
Slice in half and then in quarters; remove most of the pulp, but leave some in.
Put skins in deep fryer until crisp.
Remove.
Brush inside with butter.
Put cheese and bacon bits in skins.
Place in oven long enough for cheese to melt.
Serve with sour cream.
