Sunday Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) sirloin roast
    4 onions, quartered
    6 carrots, sliced
    6 to 7 potatoes, quartered
    ketchup
    salt
    pepper
    garlic
Preparation
    Brown roast that has been floured, salted, peppered and garlicked.
    Put roast in baking pan with water to the top of roast. Cook at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
    Add carrots, potatoes and onions.
    Squirt ketchup on top.
    Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
    This will make your tongue slap your brains out.
