Oven Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium-large potatoes, cooked and cubed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
12 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 lb. bacon (lean)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together all the ingredients, except bacon.
Place in 13 x 10-inch baking dish.
Fry bacon until crisp and then crumble on top of potato mixture.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serves 8 or more people.
