Pink Champagne Frozen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    9 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
    red food coloring (optional)
    16 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
    2 bananas, diced
    chopped nuts (optional)
    miniature marshmallows (optional)
Preparation
    Cream the cheese and sugar until thoroughly blended.
    Fold in Cool Whip (red food coloring may be added, if desired).
    Fold in fruits and optional nuts and marshmallows.
    Turn into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover and freeze.
    Serve frozen.
