Endive Salad(Serves 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3-inch) Belgian endive
    2 to 3 Tbsp. crumbled Bleu cheese
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    On individual salad plates, place chopped endive (leave some rounds).
    Sprinkle with Bleu cheese and chopped walnuts.
