Fall Apple Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) lite cream cheese, room temperature
1 carton (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 c. peanuts, chopped (optional)
apples
orange juice
Preparation
-
Blend together all ingredients except last two.
Wash and slice apples; dip in orange juice.
Drain.
Arrange apples in concentric circles on pretty plate and place dip in center in a bowl.
Sprinkle additional chopped peanuts on top of dip. Refrigerate leftovers.
