Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/4 c. crushed crackers
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 can (16 oz.) apricot halves
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Mix all
together
until
well blended.
Pat out on wax paper, moistened with water.
Spread chopped onion and chopped apricots on meat.
Roll up, making compact roll.
Put in a 9 x 5-inch bread pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
