Sweet-Sour Red Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head red cabbage, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. water
    6 Tbsp. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, salt and water in a 3-quart glass casserole; cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
    Cook in microwave oven 10 to 12 minutes on High or until crisp-tender.
    Stir once.
    Add a mixture of vinegar and sugar to crisp-tender cabbage.
    Mix well. Cook, covered, in microwave oven 1 to 2 minutes on High or until tender.
    Makes 8 servings.
