Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. squash, grated
    8 onions, grated
    4 bell peppers, grated
    2 small jars pimentos
    1/2 c. salt
    8 c. sugar
    6 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    3 Tbsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together and let stand 2 hours, then drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil, then add squash mixture and boil 5 minutes.
    Pack in jars and seal.
    Makes 10 pints.
