Stuffed Mushrooms Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely minced green pepper
    1/4 c. finely minced onion
    1/4 c. crisp bacon, crumbled
    1/4 c. finely chopped mushroom stalks
    3/4 to 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    5 Tbsp. butter (for sauteing)
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 Tbsp. butter (for sauce)
    1/3 c. Marsala cooking wine
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 medium lemon
    12 large mushrooms (for stuffing)
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper, mushroom stalks and garlic in butter until onion is transparent.
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    In a mixing bowl, combine sauteed vegetables, crumbled bacon and bread crumbs. Mix into a firm paste, adding small amounts of water as necessary. Fill mushroom caps with mixture and place them in a baking dish just large enough to hold all of them.
