Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 egg whites
    2 t. cold water
    1 t. salt
    1 t. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. cake flour
    1 t. vanilla
    1/2 t. almond extract
Preparation
    Combine egg whites, cold water and salt. Whip until foamy. Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff but not hard. Mix sugar, flour, vanilla and almond extract together. Fold in egg whites. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Invert pan to cool.
