Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine chicken, soup, celery, onion, nuts, rice and seasonings.
Blend well.
Stir in lemon juice, mayonnaise and water.
Chop eggs.
Add to mixture.
Place in greased casserole dish.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 until bubbly.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Garnish with egg slices that remain.
Serves 4.
