Dressing For Baked Turkey Or Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 cooked biscuits, crumbled
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
approximately 2 qt. stock from cooked turkey or chicken
Preparation

Cook celery and onion in a small amount of water until tender (about 10 minutes).
Drain.
In a large mixing bowl combine biscuits, celery, onion and beaten eggs.
Add stuffing mix and other dry ingredients.
Mix in approximately 2 quarts stock until right consistency.
Grease baking pan with margarine.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for about 45 to 60 minutes until dressing is firm and brown.
