Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 cans red kidney beans
1 can chili with beans
2 medium onions, diced
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut crosswise 1/2-inch thick
Tony's Creole seasoning (optional)
Preparation

Mix ingredients (except Tony's seasoning), including liquid from beans.
Cook in a slow cooker for 4 or 5 hours.
Tony's Creole seasoning may be added just before serving.
Serves 20 to 24 when served over rice with French bread and a green salad.
