Smoked Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 large can red salmon, drained and deboned
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke or to taste
    1 tsp. dill
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    parsley
Preparation
    Have cream cheese at room temperature.
    Thoroughly mix with salmon.
    Add next 3 ingredients; add onion salt and pepper.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    The next morning, roll into a log. Roll log in finely chopped pecans to which chopped parsley has been added.
    Serves 20.
    Can be frozen.
