Baby Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 small jars strained plum, prune or apricot (tapioca) baby food
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together and beat well.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in greased Bundt pan.
    Cool 10 minutes and turn out on rack.
    When completely cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    This is a moist cake.
