Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bell peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 garlic bulb, chopped
    1 can whole corn, drained
    1 c. instant rice, cooked
    1 can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook bell peppers in salt water for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drain. Cook beef in skillet with onions and garlic.
    Drain.
    Put all in a bowl and mix:
    corn, rice, tomato sauce, pepper and salt.
    Stuff bell peppers.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
