Baklava - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. filo dough
    1 lb. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. crushed zwieback crackers
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 lb. unsalted butter, melted
    Syrup
Preparation
    Mix nuts, zwieback, cinnamon, cloves and sugar.
    Butter 13 x 10-inch pan.
    Place 1 sheet of filo dough in pan and then butter sheet with pastry brush.
    Continue until you have 7 to 8 sheets layered.
    Spread nut mixture evenly over layered dough, then continue to cover mixture with 1 sheet of filo dough at a time, buttering each sheet as it is placed on top.
    Continue until all pastry sheets are used.
    Cut into serving pieces.
    Pour remaining melted butter over pastry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Pour syrup over baklava while hot.
    Let cool before serving.
