Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 egg white
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff.
Add sugar slowly, beating well after each addition.
Add flavorings.
Fold coconut and cracker crumbs into egg white.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yields 18 to 24 cookies.
