Broiled Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    12 slices rye or barbecue bread
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced corned beef
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise and chili sauce, stirring well.
    Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread; spread other side with mayonnaise mixture.
    Arrange cheese, corned beef and sauerkraut on mayonnaise side of 6 slices of bread.
    Top with remaining, buttered side out.
    Place sandwiches on a cookie sheet and broil each side until browned.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
