Cream Of Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    7 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained (1 c.)*
    10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    4 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken-flavored bouillon
    1 tsp. each salt and bouquet garni**
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    *Creamed corn is good, too.
