West Virginia Mountain Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 green pepper, diced *
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce *
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste *
    2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix*
    1 large onion, diced *
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    1 qt. tomatoes *
    1 tsp. garlic *
    2 lb. ground chuck *
    1 small can mushrooms *
    dash of oregano *
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In sheet pan, cover bottom with sauce, 1 layer of noodles, sauce, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese (4 spoonfuls), Mozzarella cheese (3 slices) and repeat layers until pan is almost full. Cook at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Don't cover.
    Makes 2 pans.
