Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 green pepper, chopped very fine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in 1 tablespoon of butter until tender.
    Add ground round and brown on low heat.
    Add rice until lightly brown.
    Blend can of tomatoes into small pieces and add to meat mixture.
    Add Tabasco sauce and simmer about 20 to 25 minutes.
