Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 very large cooking apples, corned and sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Toss apples with lemon juice in small bowl.
Arrange apples in overlapping circle in a buttered 9-inch pan.
Drizzle maple syrup over apples.
Combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
Cut in butter.
Texture should be large crumbs.
Scatter the mixture over the apples as if making a crust. Bake 30 minutes or until top is crisp.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
