Black Magic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. strong black coffee (2 tsp. instant coffee to 1 c. hot water)
    1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or two 9 x 1-inch cake pans.
    Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    Sift.
    Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes (batter will be thin).
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Frost with favorite vanilla icing.
