Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. cranberries, chopped
Preparation
-
Mix together first 5 ingredients.
Add shortening and cream together.
Add egg and orange juice; mix until moistened.
Fold in cranberries.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
Cool.
