Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut in pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. cooked Minute rice
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all together and top with 1 stack Ritz crackers (crumbled); add melted butter if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
