Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 small jar pimento, chopped and drained
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Thaw and drain frozen vegetables.
    Combine them with soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.
