Butternut Squash With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 butternut squash
    cheese (Parmesan)
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut squash in serving pieces and scoop out seeds and stringy part.
    Leave rind on.
    Parboil 15 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain.
    Season with salt and pepper, dot with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
