Spanish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour (enough to make thickening for top)
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute the green pepper, celery and onion in butter until soft. Add tomatoes; let simmer for 15 minutes.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Thicken mixture with flour and water thickening. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Pour over omelet.
