Crab Custard Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 3/4 oz.) can crabmeat
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
4 slices bread (Arnold or Pepperidge Farm)
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Butter bread on both sides.
Cut into cubes.
Put first 3 ingredients into a well-greased casserole.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over crab mixture in casserole.
Cover and refrigerate all day or overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
Great luncheon dish.
